Pickup is from your Hunter Region accommodation in Pokolbin, Rothbury, Lovedale or Cessnock. Pickup elsewhere in the valley can usually be arranged — please ask.
Are wine tasting fees included?
No — tasting fees are charged by individual cellar doors and are billed separately. We secure your reservations and invoice you prior to the tour so everything is settled before you arrive.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements at lunch?
Yes. Let us know any dietary needs when booking and we will choose a venue that can comfortably accommodate your group.
How many wineries do we visit?
Typically four to five hand-picked cellar doors over the day, plus a vineyard lunch stop. The exact count depends on the wineries chosen and how long your group wishes to linger.
Is this tour suitable for non-drinkers?
Absolutely. The Hunter Valley is beautiful in its own right, and we can include cheese tastings, an artisan chocolate stop, or a distillery for non-wine drinkers.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour receive a full refund. Closer cancellations may forfeit pre-booked tasting fees — full terms are confirmed at booking.
