Booking & Refund Policy

1. Booking & Payments

1.1 Secure Processing: Todd Tours utilises FareHarbor.com as our booking engine and eWay.com.au as our secure payment gateway. By completing a booking, you agree to their respective terms regarding data security and payment processing.

1.2 Outstanding Balances: Any tour extensions or additional fees agreed upon during the tour (e.g., additional hours) must be settled within 48 hours. Todd Tours reserves the right to charge the credit card on file via eWay for any outstanding balances.

1.3 Direct Booking Advantage: Bookings made directly at toddtours.au qualify for the “Direct Guest Package.” These exclusive benefits (such as complimentary gifts and flexible itinerary priority) do not apply to bookings made via third-party platforms (Viator, GetYourGuide, etc.).

2. Cancellation & Refunds

2.1 Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable third-party transaction fees.

2.2 Late Cancellation & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time, or “No Shows,” are non-refundable as vehicle and guide resources have been dedicated to your booking.

2.3 Mechanical Issues: In the unlikely event of a mechanical vehicle failure, Todd Tours will provide a pro-rata refund for the lost time and ensure all passengers are returned safely to their destination.

2.4 Transferability: You may transfer your booking to another person for the same date/time at no extra cost, provided you notify us in writing.

3. Weather & Safety

3.1 Operator’s Discretion: Tours run in most weather conditions. If Todd Tours deems conditions unsafe (e.g., extreme bushfire danger or flooding), we will offer a reschedule. If a reschedule is impossible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
