What time does the tour start and finish?
The Full Day tour departs Sydney at 8:00 AM and returns at approximately 4:00 PM. An afternoon departure (1:00 PM) is also available — let us know your preference at booking.
Is lunch included in the price?
Lunch is not included so you can choose the venue and style of meal that suits you best — we recommend the Megalong Valley Tea Rooms or a gourmet picnic with a view. We are happy to make recommendations and bookings for you.
Can the itinerary be customised?
Yes — every Blue Mountains tour with Todd Tours is bespoke. Tell us your interests at booking (waterfalls, photography, gentle walks, Scenic World, Jenolan Caves when reopened) and we will tailor the day around them.
Where does pickup happen?
We offer door-to-door pickup from Sydney CBD hotels and most Western Sydney accommodation. Pickup from elsewhere in greater Sydney can usually be arranged — please ask.
What happens in bad weather?
Tours run rain or shine — the Blue Mountains can be spectacular in mist and rain. If conditions affect a specific lookout or walk, we adapt the itinerary on the day. In the rare event of a tour cancellation due to extreme weather, you will receive a full refund.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Child seats can be provided on request, and the itinerary can include family-friendly stops like Scenic World and the easier scenic walks.
